Here is a Sample or Model Anecdote that can be Used to Motivate Learners of Lower Classes Teacher: My dear ones, this afternoon we have just learnt a fantastic theory introduced by IsaacNewton. I am sure that all of you have enjoyed learning the theory, haven't you? Learners: We have, sir. We have really enjoyed it. Teacher: That is nice. I am so glad to know that all of you have enjoyed it. You are so special to me that you always keep great degree of interest in learning. It is alright. My dear ones, do you believe that you also can become great just as Isaac Newton did? Learners: (No Answer) Teacher: So you have no answer, now. Let me tell you an incident from childhood days of Isaac Newton. You can give me the answer of my question after that. Right? Learners: Of course, sir. Teacher: Isaac was neither a brilliant student nor a smart boy when he was a school student. He used to be beaten by other students of his classroom and the school where he was studying. He never gave any reply to the blows given by others on his weak body. One morning, Isaac was on his way to school. The most brilliant student of his classroom, too, was with him. The brilliant student started beating Isaac, as usual. Surprisingly, Isaac gave a few blows back to the brilliant student who was frustrated by the response of Isaac. He told Isaac, "so you have defeated me here, but you can never defeat me in our class, because I am the most brilliant student in our class". Listening to this, Isaac told in his mind, "let's see". (Teacher stops telling the story for a few seconds) Teacher: My dear ones, in the very next exam, yes in the very next exam, Isaac scored the highest marks. (Teacher smiles looking at the eyes of each student) Teacher: Now tell me, my dear ones, can you also become great like Isaac newton? Yeas, you can. I am able to read the answer form your eyes. Yes, you, too, can my dear ones. All the best. have a nice day (Teacher leaves the classroom)
